Hey Everyone, Today my speakers decided to turn off and since then I have had no sound coming out of any of the speakers. She tried this on the 30 amp fuse on her old amp, and the method worked (the multimeter changed to 0.1). But if she connects the speaker cables from the amp to the sub and performs the same test, the multimeter reads 0.1. The power indicator lamp on the control panel lights, preamp and power tubes all glow, but no sound at all. Hi, I've been going thu similar issues with my 07 v6 navi unit.. no sound from it, but all else seems fine. Only fix is to shut off vehicle for at least 10 minutes and hopefully that corrected it … No sound from the CD player, either. It's not until I turn off the ignition and start her up again, then it's business as usual. Discussion is locked I'll switch to CD and nada. I have a 2003 3.5SE with a stock radio. Yamama RXSL80 with sony speakers and sub connected. i would recheck the wiring to the speakers if you dont want to do all that tracing here is an easier way to do take a speaker out and take the radio out but dont unplug hook up the speaker wire purple and purple/black which ever ones you choose lol and connect them to the speaker if no sound then radio is just shot. Go back and clip youre ends of the wire cuming from the speakers to the amp ok. and check the wires in side of youre box.
